Community Restoration Project: Restoring Community Wellness

  • Journey Counseling PLLC 2922 Audrey Dr. 28054 United States (map)

Sound Bath

The Sound Bath experience offers a space for deep rest and gentle nervous system regulation through soothing sound and intentional stillness.

Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while calming sound frequencies—such as crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments—fill the room. This experience is designed to support relaxation, grounding, and mindful presence, with no expectation to engage, process, or “do” anything.

Choice and comfort are prioritized throughout. Participants may adjust their position, use ear protection, keep their eyes open, or step out at any time.

This Sound Bath is offered as a wellness experience, not psychotherapy or mental health treatment, and does not establish a therapist-client relationship. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

Each gathering is designed to be non-clinical, welcoming, and restorative, with no expectation to perform, process, or share. Participants are encouraged to come as they are.
