Rebecca Waters, LCMHC Therapist

SCHEDULE HERE: Evening appointments available now

Rebecca is a faith based, trauma-informed therapist who offers a calm, steady presence for clients navigating anxiety, depression, and the weight of life transitions. With a special focus on veterans and older adults, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients gently challenge negative thought patterns, manage stress, and reconnect with their inner strength.

As a Christian therapist, Rebecca is faith-affirming—but never prescriptive. If spirituality is a source of support for you, she’ll welcome it into the space. And if not, that’s okay too. Her work is inclusive, client-led, and always grounded in respect for your beliefs and values.

Whether you’ve been carrying emotional pain for years or recently realized you're not feeling like yourself, Rebecca offers a space where you don’t have to pretend to be okay. You’ll work together at your pace—building practical tools, emotional insight, and renewed hope for the road ahead. Rebecca sees private pay and Aetna clients. (BCBS Coming Soon)
